Using the Shell Credit Card Account Online
Having one of the Shell Credit card, you can easily access Account Online using your computer. For this, you need an Online Registration ( If you’re already registered, then go to LOGIN page).
In order to pay Shell credit card online, payment needs to be done through “Make A Shell Payment” menu, with “Pay Now” button. Then there are some fields – type bank routing and your account numbers and Submit. After it, continue and ensure, that the information is accurate. Finished – it’s done. Payments requested by 5 pm ET will post the same day.

How do you set up an E bill system with Shell or my bank Bank of America?
For Shell, you must have a checking account. If you have such one, then you can schedule payments using your online account. Go to the “Pay” tab, and then choose the “Schedule” option, it’s not difficult.
Well.. for Bank Of America E-Bill system has 2 methods of payment:
Enrolled (that allows you to enter and pay your invoice each month) or one time-payment. Which one do you want exactly?
You should view this page , where you can enroll in online banking.
after you’ve enrolled and enter your account, select the “Bill Pay” tab in your main Account page, then click the “Request e-Bills” link next to the “Pay To” account you want to receive e-Bills from , and complete the “Add e-Bills” fields. You should have a list of linked “Pay To” accounts. (FAQ:what is “Pay To” and how to add E-bill)
Also, you are able to add e-Bills while adding the “Pay To” account (If the “Pay To” account provides this feature, because e-Bills isn’t offered by everyone).

When did you last made a payment? – If you have not accessed your account within 1-2 years, then a new user should be created.
I can’t find the website to pay my bill! Everything I click on takes me round in circles. Previously I went to http://www.Shellcreditcard.accountonline.com. This doesn’t work now. So where do I go to pay/view my bill?
You’ve entered the correct website, but i can’t understand why you can’t login. Note, that if you haven’t logged into your account during last eighteen months, you have to create a new user.
Have you already phoned to the customer support? what did they say?
I would very much like to pay my bill, like I do everfy month, but, like every month, I cannot find the LOG-IN! Your site says, “Go here and we will help you to log in.” I do that and I get, “Here you are and you will be able to log-in if you go here; then here; etc……..” What happened to, “Go here, log-in, pay your bill, bye now”?
Here is not possible to post all full details about the registration for account and login, so we have different pages for each issue, but not such long, as you say. There is only one link to special page – Shell Credit Card login, and there is listed all direct Shell LOG-IN links. There you should choose which link you want – for particular credit card, for MasterCard or Fleet Business Card?

Need to obtain a cash withdrawal. How do I do this?
You can do this from an ATM. Operation is simple, such as withdrawing money from any of your standard card.
My credit card has become torn to the point where it no longer works in the pump. Also, I need a new card for my wife, Suzanne L Baetz. Please forward the new cards ASAP.

About your card- you need a new(replacement) card. Call +1 800 331 3703 ( for MasterCard – 1 866 743 5562)
